Morfo Imagina is operated by Titosoft Studio S.A.S., a company established in Uruguay ("Titosoft", "we", "us", "our"). We are the data controller responsible for your personal data under this policy.

Scope

This policy explains what data the app processes, why, and your rights. It covers the app only. It does not cover third-party services you choose to use through the app, for example when you share a drawing to another app.

Data stored only on your device

When you create a drawing, the app saves the following inside its private storage on your device. This data does not leave your device unless you choose to share a drawing.

We do not read, transmit, or analyze this data. It stays in the app's sandbox.

• The drawing you make (the pen strokes).
• The title you type for the drawing (free text you provide).
• A random identifier and a creation timestamp.
• Layout values (size and position of the shape and canvas).
• Your app preferences (chosen language, and whether you have seen the onboarding screen).

Sharing

If you tap Share, the app creates an image of your drawing and a short text caption, and hands them to your device's system share sheet. You then choose where to send them, for example Messages, Instagram, or email. Once you share to another service, that content is governed by that service's privacy policy, not ours. We do not receive or store anything about what you share or with whom.

What we do not collect

The app collects no data about you. It contains no third-party software development kits that collect data, and it needs no internet connection to work. The app does not:

• Show advertising. It contains no advertising software.
• Use your device advertising identifier (Apple's IDFA). The app never asks for permission to track you, because it does not track you.
• Collect analytics or usage statistics. We do not know which game modes you play, or how often you play.
• Send crash reports or diagnostic data.
• Include attribution tools.
• Request access to your camera, photo library, precise location, contacts, microphone, or notifications.
• Ask for your name or contact details.

Why we process data, and our legal basis

We process data for the purposes below. Where the GDPR applies, the legal basis follows each purpose. We process no personal data for any other purpose.

• Let you create, save, and view drawings on your device — not personal data / your own local content.
• Let you share your own drawings — at your request.

Who we share data with

We collect no personal data, so we have none to share. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising. No third-party provider receives data from the app.

The only case in which we would disclose data is if the law requires us to. We hold no data about you, so such a request would return nothing.

International data transfers

The app transfers no data out of your device, so no international transfer takes place. If you share a drawing to another service, that service may transfer the content under its own terms.

Data retention

We keep no data on our servers, so we have no server-side retention period to state.

• On-device data: kept until you delete a drawing in the app or uninstall the app.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. On-device data is stored in the app's protected sandbox, under the protection your device gives it. No method of storage is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object or withdraw consent. Because we hold no personal data about you, we have nothing to access, correct, or delete on our side. You stay in full control of the content on your device.

You may also complain to a data protection authority — in Uruguay, the Unidad Reguladora y de Control de Datos Personales (URCDP); in the EU/UK, your local authority.

• You can delete any drawing at any time inside the app.
• You can remove all app data at any time. Uninstall the app.

Children

The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. The app collects no personal data from any user. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us at contact@titosoft.studio and we will delete it.

Device backups

Data the app stores on your device may be included in your device's normal iCloud or computer backups, under Apple's terms. We do not control those backups.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be highlighted in the app or by other reasonable means.
